You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the km226 platform. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the platform.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including multi-accounting — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. km226 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before processing withdrawals. Required documents include a valid KTP (national identity card), proof of address, and a selfie verification image.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address that you own and regularly monitor.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. km226 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
3.4 You must notify km226 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
3.5 Account registration implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the km226 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
4.1 In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, km226 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be requested at any point during your membership if unusual account activity is detected.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
km226 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which km226 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered under the same name as your km226 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account prior to processing.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours; e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 6 hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) when local banking systems experience reduced capacity. km226 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
km226 reserves the right to perform additional security and identity checks before processing withdrawals ab ove a certain threshold value. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.
The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in IDR. km226 does not support multi-currency accounts or foreign currency deposits at this time.
6.1 km226 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
6.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using irregular betting patterns to exploit wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting"), or colluding with other Members, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus and associated funds and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 km226 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a Member's betting activity constitutes bonus abuse. Such determination shall be final and binding.
7.1 All bets placed on the km226 Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selection — including event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming any bet. km226 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules published on the Platform.
7.2 Sports betting markets offered on km226 include but are not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton (Indonesia Open, All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). km226 also offers bandar bola (Indonesian-style sportsbook wagering) markets and mix parlay accumulator options.
7.3 km226 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all casino, slot, and table games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by km226 or any third party. 7.4 km226 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a market was opened or settled in error; where there is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of the relevant event; where a technical fault affected the integrity of the game or betting market; or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
7.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the official result as recorded by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PBSI, Dorna Sports for MotoGP) shall be considered final and determinative.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km226 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the km226 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of km226 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of km226.
9.3 Game content, including slot titles and live dealer streams, is provided under license from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These studios retain all intellectual property rights to their respective content.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km226 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
11.2 km226's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 km226 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: internet connectivity failures on the Member's side; delays or errors in payment processing by third-party banks or e-wallet providers; Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures; or reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to technical errors.
11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. km226 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
12.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Any unconverted Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.2 Termination by km226: km226 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, km226 reserves the right to offset any bonus funds, promotional credits, or amounts obtained through fraudulent activity against any balance prior to returning funds to the Member.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which km226 holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and km226, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. km226 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (WIB).
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents km226 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
14.1 km226 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, km226 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. km226 recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of changes or at least once every 30 days.
